My Testimony

God is doing so many things in my life right now. I finally have the courage to share my testimony!
My testimony:
I am 19 years old. I got saved when I was 5. So I have always been in church my entire life. My mother had many emotional problems when I was growing up, so I did not have a stable enviroment.
When I was 16, my life fell apart. I was no longer "in love" with God. I would often skip church. I meet this guy, who was my one and only boyfriend I have ever had. I was really stupid and I didn't realize what was happening. He eventually Sexually assualted me at the age of 16.
After that I tried to commit sucide. Thank God, my plan failed. After all that had happened I still didn't realize God was right there and he still loved me. I actually decided to become a satanist. That did not last but 2 weeks. I came to my senses and realized that God love me more than anything. I recommited my life to him and I have never been the same.
I Praise God for all that he has done. He is starting to use my in ways I never thought possible. Praise be unto HIM!

Aimee... i am sooo glad that your attempt at suicide failed.... I know what thats like.. i tried givin up just a little over a year ago now.. but if it hadnt been for God... I wouldnt be here.... Youre in my prayers that God will continue to do great things in your life! I cant wait to hear aboiut what God's doing!

I just wanted to add that I have the opportunity to go and speak to the local First Priority at a Junior High School. They say there is about 50-70 people each time. Pray that God gives me the words to say. I'm really excited.

Awesome testimony Aimee! I am so happy that you didn't commit sucide. If you would've commit sucide of would of missed out on eternity in heaven. I am also blessed to hear that you are not a satanist. Welcome to the family of believers! Jesus loves you and forgives us of our sins. Keep serving the Lord and seeking his wisdom and understanding Thank you for sharing your testimony with us. The Lord is great!
