The original post is kind of old now, and I'm not sure if you still read or post here, but I'll go ahead and add my $0.02 anyway.
My situation is almost exactly the same as yours. My father sexually abused me, and I haven't seen him for about 12 years now. I've forgiven him - not because Jesus told me to or anything, but rather because the pain and the anger would have destroyed me completely by now - but I want nothing to do with him. Lately the PTSD's been getting really bad, and if he tried to contact me, it would shake my world to the core.
Honestly, you really should speak to a therapist about this situation. I think it goes without saying that ANY victim of rape or sexual abuse should seek professional (NOT pastoral) help if he or she hasn't already. That's not an insult - it's one of the best pieces of advice I've ever been given, actually.
