My sister

My sister and I both fell pregnant about the same time... I had a miscarriage 3 weeks ago, and my sister miscarried on the weekend. Traumatic though mine was, I suspect hers was worse... please pray for us both!

Lord, i pray that you would be with ITF and her sister. That you would comfort them both in this time of tradgedy. Father, i pray that you would show them your love, so that they may be comforted in this time of need. Lord, that you would provide them with lots of family support to get them through this time. I pray both of you are able to talk through all of this - I can't begin to imagine what you're both going through. Is your sister a Christian? Maybe you could both start up a Bible study together each week to help with the healing.

There is a GREAT Christian book on miscarriage - Mourning a Miscarriage - it's only small but a lady at my old church said it helped her.

Where is God When it Hurts (Phillip Yancey) might help as well.

Wow...I'm really sorry to hear about both of your losses. I'll pray that God comforts you and eases the pain in both of your hearts. I can't imagine what you are going through, but I really do sympathize with both of you. In time, God will heal you both.
