But when THE BIG ONE hit -- the worldwide one -- that was a different story.

The flood in Noah's time was a supernatural one, not a natural one.

Because all major human civilizations around the world start around bodies of water; rivers. And guess what happens when rivers overflow their banks? They flood. And when your knowledge of the world is only limited to a few hundred kilometres around you and you see that as the world, then of course your 'world' is going to flood.

Basic, simple reasoning based on actual objective evidence. Truth and fact.
