Interesting how a "deceptor" can leave documentation as to what he did, and educates would consider it "deception."

Kind of like The Riddler...

latest

He's smart enough that he could commit the perfect crime with no chance of being caught, but his pathological need to boast compels him to leave clues. After all, what's the point of being the smartest man in the room if nobody else knows it?

Doesn't make him any less a criminal, does it?

Just because you confess to the forgery doesn't make it any less a forgery.

Ted Bundy should have put in writing what he did, where he did it, when he did it, what order he did it in, why he did it, how long it took him to do it, why it took him that long, and who the eyewitnesses were ... he'd be alive and well today.

Indeed -- the death penalty is often taken off the table in exchange for the criminal providing the information you've just mentioned...

PROTIP: such information is commonly referred to as a "confession."

[Forensic] scientists would just claim he didn't write it, or that he copied it from some non-existent document called "Z", or it was written by different men with four different styles (J,E,E,P), or it was written after the fact, or Mr. Bundy doesn't exist, or ...

Heard a story on NPR the other day. Don't remember who it was about, but to paraphrase, he came up with the easiest, quickest IQ test ever. The longer it took for you to realize he was smarter than you, the lower your IQ.

What would you expect to happen if the alleged confession doesn't match up with the forensic evidence?

You, on the other hand, would probably just claim that Bundy's victims died of natural causes, and that the 37 stab wounds in that one victim's back were simply "embedded," and didn't mean anything.

God creates a raisin ex materia, along with a note that the raisin was spoken into existence instantly.
Given that a raisin is an aged grape, is He being deceptive?

Hi, Mike!

Would you be so kind as to direct me to the post in question, and I'll address it ... thanks!

It's magic if the music is groovy.
It makes you feel happy, like an old time movie.

Do you want me to wait or what?
Don't keep me in suspense!
We don't need to take this any further because I think I understand where you are coming from, I was just confused as to why you would make up hypotheticals about something for which there is no evidence, if you changed the name "God" to something else nothing would change, to me that's obvious but plainly for what ever reason it's not obvious to you.
