Many times they are in human form.Angels are NOT people and are NOT made of flesh. Try again?
Angels can appear as flesh BUT they cannot be flesh and inherit the Kingdom of God, where they live. 1Co 15:50

Depends on how you define "persons". If it expands to cover sentience in general, I'd say sure, since AI technology has come pretty far as of late. Though, one could argue that since the AI is a product of humans which are a product of evolution, that makes the AI an indirect product of evolution, but I'd call that nitpicking.Can persons exist sans evolution?

Now that that's out of the way, the bible treats Adam and Eve as the first two humans, hands down, so if I take it literally, there weren't any males or females before them, and if I view it as an allegory, I don't have to view them as literal people that existed in the first place. So, invalid questions on both accounts.
