} Edition, professor, it's "edition". Must I correct your vents for you?

I'd ask you to explain the difference (assuming, of course, you're not being pathetically petty in a vain effort to sound clever) but by the time they get to 6, it won't really matter, will it?

Um ... I believe now that even your prophets have "discovered" a second moon in earth's past, have they not?

*sigh* aside from the ridiculous use of the word "prophet", the idea that Earth once had a second moon will be settled with evidence. The very thing you claim not to have.

That's the problem with science though. They have all these claims, with all this evidence, but they don't have the matter settled.

Instead what they do is rush their claims and their evidence to the public -- us commoners -- via magazines and other media, oftentimes with the article being titled that is misleading.

This serves only to confuse us, in my opinion; and builds distrust.

My advice is: settle the matter first, then tell us.

One radio evangelist once pointed out that, at one time, people thought science was going to cure the earth's problems, so they abandoned their Bibles and placed their faith in science to help them with their particular problem.

When science didn't deliver, they got disillusioned and tired of waiting on empty promises, and abandoned science; but didn't go back to their Bibles.

This created a spiritual void that the New Age Movement rushed in to fill, and people started following the leading of gurus and mystics and what-have-you.

Today, their children and grandchildren are on the Internet, laughing at us "old timers" who never left our Bibles in the first place.

Settling is impossible -- all anyone ever gets is the best answer based on the available info.

Instead what they do is rush their claims and their evidence to the public -- us commoners -- via magazines and other media, oftentimes with the article being titled that is misleading.

Well perhaps if "you commoners" weren't so common, you wouldn't be suckered in every time.

Must everyone else be responsible for your education?

This serves only to confuse us, in my opinion; and builds distrust.

You've been confused and distrustful for as long as I've known you -- so have all the other fundies I've delt with since long before you showed up.

You guys aren't all that big on personal responsibility, are you?

My advice is: settle the matter first, then tell us.

Suppose we don't care to tell you? You're not interested anyway, so why bother?

One radio evangelist once pointed out that, at one time, people thought science was going to cure the earth's problems, so they abandoned their Bibles and placed their faith in science to help them with their particular problem.

And that's how we cured diseases -- funny that.

When science didn't deliver, they got disillusioned and tired of waiting on empty promises, and abandoned science; but didn't go back to their Bibles.

Their own fault, then. The already knew their Bibles were useless, then they decided science was as well -- probably because they got confused.

This created a spiritual void that the New Age Movement rushed in to fill, and people started following the leading of gurus and mystics and what-have-you.

People are indecisive, easily led, and gullible. Whose fault is that?

Today, their children and grandchildren are on the Internet, laughing at us "old timers" who never left our Bibles in the first place.

And for good reason -- as you continue to demonstrate, old timer.

Good -- then you agree with me that they don't settle the issue.
Well perhaps if "you commoners" weren't so common, you wouldn't be suckered in every time.
Commoners are going to be here until Armageddon, so you might as well get used to it.
Must everyone else be responsible for your education?
Ask England, who saw fit to triple their tuition. Evidently their government isn't so hip on making sure the common man gets a proper education, is it?

As I have said before, let's all take you guys' advice, Nathan, and all go sign up for the next semester in college, so supply-and-demand can triple our tuition as well.

That way, we'll acquire you guys' respect, and we'll all be broke as well.
You've been confused and distrustful for as long as I've known you -- so have all the other fundies I've delt with since long before you showed up.
That's what we get for putting what we believe right up in the storefront window for all to see.

If you don't like us, don't ask us questions.
Suppose we don't care to tell you?
As I have pointed out -- and you agreed -- you can't tell us, because you don't know, yourselves.
You're not interested anyway, so why bother?
Interest has nothing to do with it. You can't deliver, irregardless of our level of interest.

A car without gasoline is not going to run, whether anyone cares to drive it or not.

Good -- then you agree with me that they don't settle the issue.

You're the one who was whining about it.

Commoners are going to be here until Armageddon, so you might as well get used to it.

Everyone starts off common with the potential to be better -- whose fault is it when they choose not to be?

Ask England, who saw fit to triple their tuition. Evidently their government isn't so hip on making sure the common man gets a proper education, is it?

Knowledge is power -- Governments long since figured out that the uneducated are easier to control -- a little trick they picked up from institutionalized religion.

As I have said before, let's all take you guys' advice, Nathan, and all go sign up for the next semester in college, so supply-and-demand can triple our tuition as well.

And then triple your paycheck at your furure job.

Work hard now for the big payoff later -- kind of like religion, except it actually works.

That way, we'll acquire you guys' respect, and we'll all be broke as well.

If you think you can buy respect, you'll never get any.

That's what we get for putting what we believe right up in the storefront window for all to see.

And you continue to complain about it -- again, whose responsible for that?

If you don't like us, don't ask us questions.

If you don't want questions, don't try to pass yourself off as authorities on something.

As I have pointed out -- and you agreed -- you can't tell us, because you don't know, yourselves.

Nor can you -- but you've never let it stop you from spouting off about the inner working of the universe. "Boolean Standards," right?

Try practicing what you preach.

Interest has nothing to do with it. You can't deliver, irregardless of our level of interest.

Since you have none, it's a moot point.

A car without gasoline is not going to run, whether anyone cares to drive it or not.

And you don't get gasoline by praying for it -- you actually have to work for it.

Try working for something besides yourself sometime -- it can be a very rewarding experience.

Well, you are correct in one regard at least: you deliver exactly what you promise.

.
.
.

Nothing.
That's right -- I literally bring nothing into the equation of creationism; something you guys refuse to do, and it makes you repeatedly ask for evidence.

I'm of the persuasion that you do not have a proper understanding of creatio ex nihilo.

For someone who has nothing to say, you certainly talk incessantly. How tedious.

It's a motif in the Hebrew Creation Myth -- if you weren't trying to stand on top of the Bible to elevate yourself, perhaps you'd have a proper understanding of it.

We have means-tested grants and you can treat the fees as a loan, deferring repayments until after you graduate, and then you only make the repayments if you earn above a certain threshold.

Oh, I do. I understand it perfectly, that's why I offered the explanation for creation I did. I even didn't offer any evidence for it.... so consider yourself pwned.

For someone who has nothing to say, you certainly talk incessantly. How tedious.
There's a difference between having nothing to say, and having something to say about nothing.

The sooner you learn that, the sooner you'll learn.
-- if you weren't trying to stand on top of the Bible to elevate yourself, perhaps you'd have a proper understanding of it.
At least I'm on the right side of It.

Just admit you have no answers, AV -- and people will stop asking you questions. How hard is that?

Irregardless if all England were billionaires, you still tripled your tuition.

Don't tell me we're starving and in need of bread, then triple the price of bread in the stores, then continue to tell me we're hungry and in need of bread.

We'll just add economics to the ever-growing list of things you know nothing about, but still insist on passing yourself off as an expert on.

And your opinions are as worthless as everything else you say, as, by your own admission, they're based on "nothing" but your own assertions.
