Castlvania Symphony of The Night

Not exactly very 'Christian' in nature but I thought it was an excellent RPG and I thought it fit well with the theme 'Evil vs. Evil' such as upcoming movie "Cronicals of Riddick"

SOTN is one of the best 2d games I've ever played. It's up there with Final Fantasy 6, Chrono Trigger, Metroid: Zero Mission and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.

Other good games that many people are not big-name games are:

Playstation:
Wild Arms
Alundra (I didn't play it much, but it was a good game)


PS2:
La Pucelle Tactics
Disgaea: Hour of Darkness

I love wild arms. i grew up on westerns so to have a western style rpg is great. alundra definately cool as well as disgaea. never seen la pucelle tactics; know where i can get that?

Check Gamestop, EB, or Best Buy. I pre-ordered mine, so I don't know how easy it will be to find a copy.

Also, I've read that the original Wild Arms is being remade. The map will be in 3D, there will be more playable characters, etc. But it will still have the same opening music, which is definitely a good thing.

Ground Control series (only played it a few times, but enjoyed the strategy)

It used to be that the pc world of gaming was mostly riddled with first person shooters and tactial games such as starcraft. I've just been waiting for pc gaming to look more like console gaming juz like ffxi and now that time is here! XD If you got any good recommendations for games on pc that arent first person shooters id really appreciate it! thanks!
