Well I've been with a woman now for 2 years and 10 months. She wasn't ready to commit and felt she needed some time away so she broke it off. So here i am again. I'm not looking forward to making new female friends or being patient for God's leading in this area again. It's going to be rough. I thank you all for being here. It's great to have some place to go.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

hey back off women! j/k Thanks for the welcome. FYI I'm not a pig like a lot of people think all men are. Just ask my ex. We had a fabulous relationship, stayed pure through out everything. I was truely blessed to have her in my life as long as i did. I understand her reasons for leaving, and i'm not upset with her. It was a pretty nice break up. Still hard for both of us though as she didn't really want things to end either. Oh well. We are still going to be freidns, as she has always been my best friend. Who knows perhaps someday we will get back together. For now though, thanks again for the welcome ot the sensational singles social society! heh. I'm full of bad jokes too. sorry if you don't like em.

There was a post on here last week about a guy dating what's known as a Barlow Girl. Apparently there was a song about girls who dress modestly and are saving themselves for marriage. The song calls them Barlow Girls and there's now this huge movement of girls ascribing to this set of moral standards calling themselves Barlow Girls. So someone made a joke about how there need to be some Barlow Boys out there, so when you said you weren't a pig and you have stayed pure I said we found our Barlow Boy LOL
And yeah, humor is important to me, cheesy or not. And sarcasm...*pffft* That's a survival skill in my family LOL

Oh yes do. It would be a total blessing to have a Barlow Boy among us.
