On who is doing the philosophization! I think it was Kafka who worked out the basic premise of The Philosophy of Dogs..... "if one has meat in his jaws, all problems are solved for the time being".

Does this mean my dogs would have been a evolutionary step (no balls, so now they can't be). They seem to value attention over food. Well one finds them equal and the other values attention more. This is a survival trait in a world with people as in the long run it means more food!

And yes neither of the dogs will bite me.
