Since Kylie has already defined a robot as some kind of cracker(?) with cream cheese(?) and jelly(?) and that is clearly a penguin, you are wrong.

If you can't define what a robot is and isn't then you can't very well demonstrate that a penguin is one and your "proof" generates to mere opinion.

Identification & classification require criteria. The unique combination of criteria that identify an object as belonging to a certain type or class is the definition of that type or class.

If you think something is a robot, you have - consciously or unconsciously - identified or classified it as a robot according to some criteria that, for you, define what robots are.

If you are unable to articulate the criteria you use to classify something as a robot, it seems foolish to use the classification of objects as robots as a key part of your so-called argument.

I find it hard to believe this has to be spelled out for you...
