do you agree with this definition? if so: what if such a robot will evolve naturally? in this case you will not consider it as a robot since it evolved naturally. right?

What exactly would "natural evolution" of an intelligently designed machine look like? Wouldn't it just involve intelligently designed machines intelligently designing other AI creations of their own (offspring designs), and so on?

If the two are physically identical, then you can not have one evolving while the other does not.

as for your second question: i dont think that we can falsify the existence of god. but we can prove it. on the other hand: we also cant falsify evolution.

It doesn't matter whether they were were made by hand one at a time (as early Ferarri cars were made) or on a factory production line. They will only be Ferrari cars if they were manufactured by Ferarri N. V.

Making something by hand and making something in a factory are not mutually exclusive. There are many factories which produce goods made by hand.
