My father suffered a heart attack.

Thank all of you for your prayers. Dad had his surgery yesterday and it was a success. He is still in the ICU but they expect that they will be able to move him out into a 'normal' recovery room today assuming everything continues to go well.
The Lord is GOOD!
Grateful that his surgery was successful. Praying for a quick and comfortable recovery.
My hubby has now been told that they are going to do the cardiac cath (and whatever else it shows needs to be done) during the week of the 16th. I'm glad they are going to do it since the stress and nuclear stress tests revealed a lot of problems, and I think it's always better to act preemptively rather than after a heart attack. He is at peace with it, too.
