ahhhhhhh well i broke up with my bf of 18months abouta month ago..i am reallie glad we did cuz he yelled at me to much and he acted more like a parent..but aniewhoo, he claimed he loved me when we were together yet as soon as we were broke up he got a new gf...he has broken up with her and now going after a new girl, he tried to chat with me yesterday..but its so awkward and i just dont want to stay in contact with him cuz he hurt me too much....he was also a christian but not dedicated and commited..he tried to save the relationship but it was too late......sorrie if i am babbling....what do i do? ignore him, or tell him carefully..ugh im confused

Tell him the truth that you aren't comfortable talking with him at this point. If he still keeps trying to contact you after you tell him not to, then ignore him.

Don't be afraid to tell it as it is to him, heavenlie. If you feel comfortable enough to remind him of his responsibilities as a Christian man, do that too, although it's understandable if you don't considering his attitude towards you. But whatever you do, be very careful. Good luck!!

I had a similar situation once. I dated a guy who kept acting like he was just smitten with me, then I found out he was interested in another girl, so we broke up. He was calling her his girlfriend soon after and lost his virginity to her. He would call me when they would fight or when he had stress or whatever going on and I just finally told him I couldn't be friends with him anymore (although he was not really a friend to begin with). I told him I just could not do it and had too many things going on in my life. He was upset about it but said he understood (something I did not think he would ever say!). We haven't talked or seen each other since then and my life got so much better with him out of it! (this was about 3 years ago).
