  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

is a big anime fan. She goes to all the conventions around here and is preparing for Ushi-Con in Austin.

Did you all know that Vic Mignogna ( Broly in DBZ and Kurtz Webber FMP) is a full-blown christian? He is a music leader at First Baptist Church in Houston. I have sent her a referral to here and maybe she will join. She is nutz tho. :holy:

Oh I was posting when my computer crashed.

Vic has done a lot of work down here. He sings the Academy Sports jingle. He has a CD. He leads the praise and worship. He is older than I and looks much younger (I hate that!)

When Chelsea was volunteering at the Oni-Con in Houston, she got to meet a lot of the voice actors and some of the Cos Play. She really loves Greg Ayres. She even got her 63 yo Grandma to go one day. It is just like Star Trek conventions.

Her boyfriend sent her a set of FMP dvd's. She made me watch them. I sent vic a referral to see if he would come here and post. He is such a sweet man.

My personal favorite is Gokudo.

That was kind of weird hearing the Praise song that's available for download from his website. 99% of the time I can't stand that kind of music (might have a lot to do with the band at my church), but that put me more in the mindset of older-style contemporary worship music rather than much of what's advertised today, which is certainly good to hear.

(Still wish that I heard the English version of "Bratja", but it's not that big of a deal to me)
