That would be a false dichotomy today. In fact it has been a false dichotomy for quite some time.

We can look at the exact situation with sex slavery and Isis today in Yazidi. The issue is that at times there can be a stockholm syndrome. When you go to rescue the girls they many not want to be rescued. This complicates the issues. This is the point I was making is that sex slavery is more complex than people would lead us to believe. This was the case at times in the South before the war. There were sex slaves that they called fancy girls that felt more like a wife then a slave. Until their husband decided to sell them. It was actually the white women who protested and did not want the black women to have the status of a wife. Look at the situation with Patricia Hurst where they even question if she was really kidnapped by the Symbionese Liberation Army. They sentenced her to jail. that was commuted by President Jimmy Carter, and she was pardoned by President Bill Clinton.

No atheists in foxholes, eh? If I was ever in a life-threatening or dangerous situation, one of three things would probably happen:
1. I freak out and BADSTUFF happens.
2. I impulsively act.
3. I stay calm and do stuff, probably cluelessly but "run away" isn't a bad idea, just keep eyes open and stuff.

I've never been in a dangerous situation, but I have been in stressful exams, which are my flight-or-fight situations. (Privileged problems...) I have had some success in entering a hyperaware, quickly-thinking, quickly-remembering mental state when under pressure, and who knows? I might be able to do the same in a dangerous situation. And it might even keep me alive, who knows. If strength ever comes into play I'm dead though.

Why did I write this? Because I just detailed what I would do - and God plays absolutely no role. God won't save me if I get into a situation like this, even if he exists; it's up to me to keep myself alive. Why would I pray?

Seems strange that you're on here all day trying to make provocative posts and then complaining when people respond.

Only Jesus can save. People have to be washed and cleansed in the Precious Blood of the Lamb of God.
