My computer-knowledge deficiency shows with this question...

Okay. Here goes:

A few months ago I decided to create a new MSN e-mail address. I registered it. The first time I signed in, I checked the box that says "Remember Your Password?". I got used to not needing my password, so eventually I completely forgot it. I don't remember my "secret question" either, so I can't answer it and re-gain access. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there someone I can email that can help me get it back?

Without your secret question you are pretty much out of luck......is it that you don't remember the answer or just the question?

Oh, you're right, sorry! I don't remember the answer TO the question. It tells you the question.

honestly..i think you're outta luck. id just get a new email...i lost my email like that too...and no you're not computer-knowledge deficiency, its just something that cant be fixed.

Often there's a route you can go to get your email address back. Usually there's a link called "forgot your password." If there is none, try entering your password incorrectly, then look for the link. It will give you a chance to answer some questions about your account that will PROBABLY let you change the password. It's possible that it won't work, but there is ALWAYS a way to do this. I'm CERTAIN that it works in Hotmail. I don't run the MSN service, though, so I don't know how different it is.
