My Cat Does this!!!

Most of us have cats in our house. I've noticed almost all of the cats well atleasy most of them have some interesting habbit, like, a friend of mine has a cat that climbs in to the cupboard and then closes the door behind and goes to sleep. LOL also when someone knocks the door, he'll open the cupboad and hide i side, closing the door! Lol

Oh man, where do I start? One thing my cat does is push things off the table when he's hungry and wants my attention. He also sleeps in some shelving in the bathroom. I love him, he's different than any other cat I've owned, he wants to be wherever I am, whatever room it is or even outside. When I move, he moves.

My cat is mad. She broke one of my best ornaments today. She sleeps in a hammock hung on my radiator directly above my bed. She loves sitting on the edge of the toilet seat watching the water and will join you in the shower if given the chance. She is skilled at opening a firmly shut door- especially in the middle of the night. She loves it when you whistle. She is Black with a white patch on her chest and stomach.

My cat Angel has a lot of funny habits. I love it around Christmas, I put those little cling thinkgs on my window. She loves to sit on the windowsill, use her claws to peel off a little corner, then pull them all the way off with her teeth. I find them laying everywhere!

I don't have a cat, but I love the quirky stories of things they do!!!

I have three cats now and all of them do wierd things. Ms. Tyghee...will not come out when strangers are here, if you try to put wallies cut outs on your wall she will rip them off (if they are within her reach), she only wants you to pet her when your in the bathroom or in bed and when she is sleepy she opens the drawers on the dresser and climbs right on in. Mee...he loves to hide at the bottom of the stairs and wait for you... like you cant see him, only after he whizzed by you on the way down almost making you fall. Rodger...where do you start...he likes to sleep in the plate cabinet, purr like a raccoon for no apparent reason, and when he is really mad at one of the cats he will attack you on the legs if you happen to walk by.

My cat LOVES being combed. If you just show him a comb, he'll come running to you, meowing all the way. And he knows where HIS personal comb is kept, too, so if he sees me reaching to it he'll come running as well.

He also plays with his comb, grabs it, bites it, or catches it in the air if you throw it at him. He is SO MUCH FUN!

When I was a kid, we had a Siamese cat that was given to us that if he was in the basement and wanted out, he'd turn the door knob with his paws until we let him out. Also, he had a habit of turning on the bathroom sink faucet for a drink. My dad has a Persian/Himalayan mix who used to sleep inside of a fruit bowl that my dad's ex-girlfriend would have on a low rack in the kitchen. She fit perfectly inside!

My other cat loves those lint roller things. He hates to be brushed with a brush, but the second he sees a lint roller, he starts meowing until you roll him with it. lol

Little Cognac sits high on the kitchen cupboards. This is her place & if you try and touch her she'll slice you. When there's water in the sink she wants to play in it, and runs through spilled water, skidding along the floor.

After spending a penny she gets frisky & runs around like a ferrari.

When we don't get up at 5am to feed her she climbs the trellis & gets stuck in it

When sitting on cupboards she opens them and pulls things out of them, like pens

She plays fetch with rolls of sticky tape, bringing them back clasped between her teeth

When on heat she teases my little dog so she'll jump on her - the more it happens, the more Connie tempts

She eats green olives out the jar and tinned champignons

She throws the german shepherd off the sofa so she can sleep there

she hates brushes, cuddles and most petting

She loves hide & seek

My kitty. Maya is a goof. She gets into the bathtub (our faucet drips) and plays with the drain stopper until it closes then comes back to drink the water that pools there. She sits on the side of the tub to drink out of it when we're in it. If I take a bubble bath and she can't drink the water she GLARES at me like I've done something wrong. She licks the side of cold drinks to get the condensation. She puts he paw in milk we're drinking to get some out and then licks her paw. You'd think we didn't keep a clean bowl of water around!
When she gets in bed with us she snuggles each of us first (though she will only lay on my hubby's butt!) before going to sleep on her blankie.
She meows the second we walk in the door and comes to rub our leg.
But the best....
She walks on a leash!
