If the only Canis to board the Ark was Canis lepophagus, would we eventually have wolves, coyotes, and domestic dogs among us?
If that's how it happened, then demonstrably that's the result we'd get. If that's not how it happened then the answer to this pointless thought experiment is whatever anyone wants it to be. Is the challenge just to second guess the OP? Try to find AV's gotcha?

Thank you for an honest answer.
Thank you, but I was merely stating the obvious. If you think I have somehow supported your assertion that Noah's Ark was real and there was a global flood then you have misunderstood my post. But I think you are well aware of that.

Nope.

I'm well aware of the fact that you said, "If that's how it happened,"

I'll take this to be asking if we would still have wolves etc if there had only been one species of canid and it was not a wolf.

I would say we wouldn't have the same species we have today, but we would have species that fill the same roles that wolves, coyotes, domestic dogs, etc fill today.
