  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I'll be praying for her.

Not much to go on, but my son at that age caught Roseola....high fever, vomitting, rash. Scared the heck out of me, but generally benign, passing in 2-3 days. We did take him to the hospital, just to be safe, but beyond Tylenol to alleviate the fever, we rode it out. Afterwards he had non-contagious spots that looked like measles.

Here's this Wiki link: Roseola

HUGGS. i know how awful it is when an infant is sick. She'll be ok. My son goes to pre-school and has brought home so many germs that my poor baby girl was sick 5 different times between age 5-11 mos. She had the flu more than once, puking and fever numerous times. She made it through all of it fine. Its a shame when they get sick, but they will be ok.
