No need to complicate this with 5s, the original 1s and 0s will work just fine:
We all seem to be in agreement that we have a harmful mutation that changes a 1 to a 0, and another mutation which changes a 0 to 1 conveying an advantage, and is thus a beneficial mutation. Lets say in this original problem we have the sequence "abcdef1fedcba". I've chosen this arbitrarily to help outline what I mean by "sequence."
Now imagine that elsewhere in this organism is the same sequence ("abcdef1fedcba"), only it originally had a 0 (the harmful form) when God created it (so the original version is "abcdef0fedcba" in this case). Why can this 0 not change to a 1 by mutation? Is these some invisible force preventing this mutation?
