Musk and Vice President Vance have both in recent days suggested judges don’t have jurisdiction to stop the president from exercising his authority, leading Democrats and some legal experts to sound the alarm over a looming constitutional crisis.
I totally agree. The article mentions a Constitutional crisis, indeed there is one taking place within our judicial system. We must rid the courts of rogue judges who trash our Constitution and are out to get Trump or anyone else who goes against the establishment.

It could just be fake news that Trump is not going along with the Judges. Because they do file appeals.

I have heard about some of this end time stuff over the years. They said that other planets would be colonized the way Musk wants to colonize Mars. They said that North American will become one country and now Trump is talking about this. They say that Trump is the last president. We believe the Church Age is ending and the Kingdom age is beginning. I do not think people know as much as they think they know about how we go from one age to the next. But the scripture in Isaiah says that the Government will rest on His shoulders. Often we see this verse in Christmas cards. Of course the Bible talks about the New Jerusalam that is 1500 by 1500 by 1500 miles. That is the size of the entire arab continental plate. With all the mineral and air rights.

Isaiah 9:6, "For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace."

It could be that the next president will be the beginning of a 7 year tribulation period. Not everyone suffers the same degree of tribulation. Look at the people in California that have lost their houses. But I do tell people they should have a weekend house off of the grid. It is a great place to bring the whole family together. I am not a full survivalist though because God does say He will provide all that we need.

Trump is going along with the court process. There may be a point in the future where the courts become too corrupted and a president might just have to proceed with business.

Someone needs to read the Constitution. It is the judicial Branch's job to make sure that the other two branches don't over reach their authority.

The power of the courts is not unlimited. And we are in an era where there has been tremendous abuse within the federal courts.

The President only has certain powers. Trump is testing those and the judiciary is going rule whether it is constitutional or not. The judges were vetted and know the law. It is not very easy to impeach a Federal judge and they have lifetime appointments. I highly doubt you can get the votes for a constitutional amendment for the judiciary branch. The establishment is the Constitution, the founders never wanted too much executive power. If you allow Trump the power, then you would have to concede the same power to future Presidents that may be the exact opposite. Trump simply put, has to learn to drive in his lane and the courts are going to soon be telling him what that is. In some cases no one knows what that is, but we will know soon enough.

The judicial branch is the only branch.with authority to decide the Constitutionality of a law or order. If you don't like what the lower court rules, you appeal to a higher court until the Supreme Court has the final say. The only way to change a Supreme Court decision is to get another ruling from the Supreme Court or pass an Amendment through Congress and the States.

The problem is there are over a thousand federal court judges, and any lower level federal judge could potentially, and now it it reality, make a ruling in blatant disregard to the Constitution. No judge has any right to tell the president of the United States what executive branch records he or anyone who is employed by the president can look at. Whether state or federal judges, we've seen injustice happen multiple times against Trump and others who are in opposition to the left. We as a people cannot let hatred be put above our Constitution.

Evidently, you need to look at US law. The President doesn't have power over any other branch of Government. If Congress set up an agency, by law, the President has no authority over that agency. He, also, cannot hire or fire employees just because he wants to.

The President must follow the law.

Incorrect.

U.S. Constitution

Article II Section 1 The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. . .
Okay, what does have to do with the legislative or judicial powers?

Article I

Article I Explained

Section 1

All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.

Article III

Section 1

The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.

Section 2

The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority
__-_____________

The power to produce laws lies within Congress, not the Executive office.

The judicial branch has the power to decide what is legal under the Constitution, not the President.

The Constitution does not give the President the power to levy tariffs. Congress did grant the authority to the President, in some cases, but SCOTUS can declare them unconstitutional.

An authority to write Executive orders is not given under the Constitution but the President has the duty to enforce laws written by Congress. The President runs the. Executive branch and the orders are for how federal government is to manage the resources and staff of the Executive branch but are subject to judicial review.

You said that 'If Congress set up an agency, by law, the President has no authority over that agency.' That is an incorrect statement. Congress may authorize and approve funding for executive branch organizations, but the president is in charge of the Executive Branch. The president can, for example, appoint anyone he wishes to examine records. The president has power over the Executive Branch of course within the law, so if the president is not banned by law it has been recognized he has the power. Thus "Executive Orders" and "Executive Directives" are used in areas the law does not cover. As to tariffs, the president has the power to negotiate treaties, and Congress has extended some such powers to the president through law. The Trade Act of 1974 gives the president the power to adjust tariffs and power on trade is given to the president in the International Emergency Economic Powers Act of 1977. Finally, a judge is way out line, way beyond the Constitution, by telling the president what records can be looked at and by whom. The problem is we have over a thousand federal court justices, do you think any lower lever wannabee petty dictator in the federal court should be able to interfere with the duties of a president? Likewise is the question about state courts, should a state court be able to go after candidates for the president? In the case of the Trump administration they will put up with pauses, but once such orders potentially cost lives I believe the president has to ignore such orders from lower court judges and let the Supreme Court address the law.

Yes, the President has limited power over the Executive branch but must follow law, so if Congress sets up an agency, by law, he has to follow that law. The courts are not under the President's authority. He can only nominate judges and Congress approves them. They are sworn to uphold the Constitution and if a wannabe dictator President wants to do something illegal it is the court's duty to rule against him.

It is also the state court's responsibility to keep the wannabe dictator President from violating state Constitutions or state laws.
