I don't mean this to be offensive, but is their any Orthodox music that can be listened to for entertainment that isn't a bunch of guys chanting in another language ?

I would also add, Benedict Sheehan has begun the St. Tikhon's Chamber Choir a few years back, if you like that kind of music as well

First, I don't think this group claims to be Orthodox.
However, I'm quite fond of the Celtic/Progressive Rock Band 'Iona'.
I have about seven of their albums and it seems I keep changing my mind on a favorite.
