• Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private. Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.

  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Being an MP isn't so bad, once you've been in two or three years. Gate duty only lasts for so long, and then you get an under powered government police car to use patrolling a very well bahaved section of society. On the plus side, you do get to mess with people that outrank you by about a thousand steps on the career ladder.

Don't forget enforcing those rediculis speed limits.

The AF bought great cars with pursuit pack add ons, then put them on base and drove them max 30mph.(thats on the 5 mile road through the desert.)
"The reason I pulled you over is you were doing 25 coming out of base housing."
(speed limit in base housing 15mph)

6 years guarding airplanes, never lost one:thumbsup:
They tend to get upset if a plane gets lost. It was here last time i checked.
2 apprehensions and 3 security incidents.
USAF SP, you can now guard planes and the main gate on different days.
Now they share the boredom.

Marine MP's the second best military police, sorry guys, at least when I went through SP training the Marines came to our SP school.

lol On deployment, an alarm went off in our building and the commander (a LtC) went outside to say that everything was ok. Instead, a 2 striper with an M-16 made him stand in the rain with his hands up for 10 minutes until the SPs cleared everything. The commander was ticked off, but the SPs were doing their job.
