Yeah, it's your right to see webpages that don't show up correctly just so you can have some cute little tabs. I believe that was the 28th Amendment, wasn't it?

Not just the cute little tabs, but also the much better security and efficiency.

I heard that (I could be wrong) that MyIE2 (now Maxthon) uses IE as it's base and added tabs thus any and all security holes IE has so does MyIE2, is this a myth or are they totally seperate browsers

It probably isnt a bug. It could be the coding the Christianforums chooses to use (IE-readonly stuff)

Explain to me any known security flaws in IE that MS is aware of and hasn't fixed.

No, it's a bug. I know because previous versions of Mozilla Firefox worked perfectly fine with Christian Forums.

To answer your question; yes MyIE2 merely piggybacks on IE and is subject to the same security flaws.

I use FireFox 0.9.1 (as well as IE6) and I am very pleased with it. I am encountering more sites that are better viewed in FF.

For instance, this message box..? It's veered to the right of the screen.

Secondly, the graphical interface in CF isn't well supported by FF 1.0 PR, and I've seen it more supported in earlier version (0.8)

Thirdly, my cursor flickers, and this happens only in CF.

It's true. But he only wanted tabbed browsing. He didn't care about the security holes.

I believe Firefox is the best thing since Lynx (or sliced bread). Not sure yet whether v1.0PR lives up to my expectations - had a couple of crashes when I was posting LONG posts on forums, usually ranting about some cool software, or more usually about how Linux is better than Windows.

And as far as Firefox is concerned, I support it religiously. If a website doesn't work in Firefox, you either complain and petition for it to be fixed, or you send them the patch yourself!
