Moving

I'd appreciate covering in prayer by all. I am moving, hopefully, this week, to the middle of nowhere! I love the country, so this is not unusual for me. It's a great big farm house on 10 acres of land. I don't know what I'll do w/ all the land, but it's mine. We'll still be by a lake, so it'll be like home in that respect. Still, we are in a small town now and that one is way out in the spooky woods. I know it will take awhile to feel safe there, so covering in prayer would be much appreciated. Also, my car needs much blessing and love to keep us going for the move. I'm trying to get some help getting a UHaul to make less trips. It's an hour away, so that will be trying. Mostly, I need prayer for the energy to get it all done. It's hard moving 4 people by yourself. Anyway, thanks to everyone. God bless!

My two youngest ones have been packing up a storm. Times like this are so rewarding when I get to see what terrific children God has blessed me with.

How's your move? Hope that it went smoothly and that you are nicely settled in your new place =)!

We are moved and in our new place now. I finally got the internet going as well. While unloading the UHaul, the heaviest part of my treadmill fell on my leg and chipped some of the bone off of my leg and ankle. I have a purple bruise from my knee down to my foot. Even with the injury, I still had no choice but to continue unloading the truck and moving in. So, it wasn't exactly a great move. I am just thankful that my oldest daughter disobeyed me at that particular moment or it would have been her leg instead. I'm healing slowly because there is so much to do, but time heals all things. It's good to be here, though. I love our new home. We moved 6 cats and only lost one so far. We keep praying for them. I hear we'll be iced in this weekend, so not looking forward to that either. Anyway, that's the update. Thanks for all the prayers, everyone.
