I don't know, I see a lot of venial sins on that list that I don't agree on.

Talking bad about my kids? If I complain about my kids that's a venial sin?

I don't think playing those sorts of games is always a sin, although it could be, depending on how it's played.

We shouldn't talk bad about anyone, especially if there's no good reason to share the information.

Yes, that's a sin, since it's a form of lying, as well as extortion, plus making the person hire a lawyer when you know they did nothing wrong.

Killing yourself. There's no question that smoking kills, it degrades the human body either slowly or quickly, but it DOES kill the body, cell by cell by cell..

Not that I would, er, know anything about this but I would certainly hope that these are not mortal sins. Until I hear it from my priest I'm going to ignore that one.
