absolutely , I lost it on friday bought new one on monday went to pick up and tuesday ( cause I have the geek squad and they downloaded everything for me) but when I got there it of course was not done , so went to mall for 45 min, and came back and it was still not done , said it had a very large amount of downloads , so I said will get it wed. my daughter had the day off and picked it up for me cause it is 40 miles away and she dropped it off this morning on way to work ,did you go through withdrawal symptoms? my roommate was more irritated about not having internet for a week than I was and he had internet on his phone and a laptop he could go to a cafe with.
