Diabetes start with pain in their feet that is called neuropathy it is the first sign that there is trouble and when the nerves are destroyed they can injure their feet and not even know it and because of the already poor blood flow any infection can be devastating and end up with amputation to stop the spread of gangrene. Diabetics that get to the point need to inspect their feet often and wear shoes to protect them from harm.

we get lots of tornados here but we are probably the most prepared as we are in the heart of tornado alley

yup.... been soggy here... not much fun in the sun but tomorrow or today when I am up it should finally be in the 70s again after hanging around 60 for almost a week.

it is 49 outside... colder than it has been at night probably because the clouds are starting to go away not sealing in the warmth at night
