I can't fall asleep to any music no matter how slow and soft it is...it makes me restless.

I learned to sleep to music, I worked night shift for about 7 years of my life and they were always making racket for a long time across the street. I have a radio going at a low level by my bed 24/7 I got it in 1987 and have had it on most of the time since then.
