This Thanksgiving is the fifth anniversary of my husband’s and my relationship and our second thanksgiving as a married couple. It’s also our son’s first thanksgiving.

There have been some really crazy things happening around here lately. Someone in this neighborhood had their house broken into, they were attacked and their house was set on fire. Weird men have been approaching women in our store's parking lot and trying to get them to get out of their cars. This is the time of year that we (in the retail industry) see the worst in people. In our store meetings they have made comments about what to do if someone starts to attack. They said we can hid, fight, or run.

One major problem in the world today is that people are putting faith in other people and not Jesus Christ. This country is getting farther and farther away from the Christian values.
