The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.
If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.
If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private. Don't know you, only just joined up, but I just prayed. Life has a way of throwing 38 different things at us at once, and we're left squashed underneath them all, waving the one free hand for help from someone, anyone.
Well, God will grab your hand and lift you up. You might get smacked by another 43 things, but then he'll help you back up again. And having a friend and guardian who is willing to do that for us, well, that's a pretty good indicator of how much he loves us.
Does any of this help? Who knows. God willing, it will a bit. But nevertheless, I will be praying.

Yeah, well you ain't just taking up space in this world. I can see retreating into the woods for a little while but we are supposed to be the light in the world, and you can't do it so well, by hiding in the woods.

Jesus encourage her and comfort her deep inside and heal her Jesus.
Show her your power and mercy and compassion.
Jesus as she comes to you I ask that you give her rest and peace.
