CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

My wife loves our cottage up north for this reason. Until I quite accidentally discovered that an hour by dirtbike to one of the mountain peaks gets me into cellular range.

It's awesome. Though my wife doesn't approve (duh... ). Graphics rank as one of the current best, with Crysis and COD4. But system requirements are pretty steep, as you know.

I probably shouldn't just quietly disappear without saying goodbye. I'm just tired of the merry-go-round of getting attacked by [people you can't even joke with] and while Dids used to call the whole non-wof sub-forum "nazis" and "kkk", now it's being aimed at me personally, as I'm being called a "Hitler-like dictatorship" etc.
Anyway, y'all have been really great to me, so I'll miss you guys. But enough is enough.
