Moore College also provides boarding rooms for uni students. Only a small number of theological students live at Moore College (they also have a few town houses where married theological students may live with their families) so the remaining rooms are made available to uni students. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all part of the deal, and on weekends the guys eat with the girls and theological students just down the street at Deaconess house. It is a good christian alternative to the other residential colleges around Sydney Uni as the lifestyle can get pretty debauched. I recall St Andrews, St Johns and St Pauls colleges had an unofficial competition regarding how many women at Women's college they could have sex with :(
Anyway, for someone who is studying now, but thinking of doing theology later, it is a good opportunity to rub shoulders with theology students in the mean time. I spent a year there and have very fond memories (especially the water fights with the girls at Deaconess House ;) )

Youth With A Mission (YWAM) have under-graduate level courses (fully recognised) in visual communication stuff. Might be right up your alley as they run them with a view to equiping Christians for ministry through those skills.
