Monday Prayers

Good Morning I belong to a group of women called Mothers who Care. We get together every Monday and pray for the schools in our town. We specifically pray for the teachers and the students. I just want to ask you, that if God puts the burden on your heart, to pray for a school in your city or town today

What a wonderful thing to do! Thank you for bringing that idea here.
I will pray for my sons' schools- that the Lord may bless the work the teachers do, especially in the special school my older boy attends, for all the helpers and therapists and support staff too. (It's a school for children with autism)

There is a goup (of two ladies) that do this at the church I attend too. I think it's a wonderful, even vital idea........ Our schools and our children really need our prayers!

Is that your son with you in the picture on your profile page?? I love that picture of the 2 of you!!! I felt an instant connection to you cat when I saw you. I guess it was the Holy Spirit identifying the Spirit in you!!

I have had a burden to pray for our schools for about 6 years now. I started just doing it on my own and, you know how God works - quite by accident, I met a couple of other ladies that had a burden too. So we joined forces and have been praying together for about 3 years now. The schools are aware of us. We send in home baked goodie trays for the staff on holidays and we always include a card with our signatures and comments. God works in great ways and our schools(no matter where they are) need to have a covering of prayer... So I thank you for praying!!
