It's much stronger evidence than the 3 resumes for a callback study. To even come close to the same standard of evidence, you'd have to call up those employers, ask why they didn't call back black job applicants, and they would have to say something like....
"We deprioritize black job applicants in the hiring process"

Nah....I'm not so sure some people are sick of it. Some people seem to see it everywhere....including places it isn't, and turn a blind eye to it as long as it's not against themselves.

These racial discussions can really only go two ways....
1. You leave personal experiences out of it and stick to facts.
2. You include personal experiences but they're subject to scrutiny/dismissal.
That is pretty much it. To argue that your personal experiences matter and no one else's do....or they cannot somehow relate to yours....or that your perceptions or emotions might have distorted the experiences.....
You open the discussion up to include your personal experiences. You may not get whatever effect you wanted.
