interesting i played guild wars before but I never got into a guild or community ppl seem to do their own thing Its hard to join one or WOW
I don't know, I don't play GW, it's not a real MMORPG, imo, at least not the typical classic mmorpg with truly persistent worlds/zones (GW is instancing) and meeting up with people in every part of the game world. There are meeting areas where many players can hang around and chat, but that is basically a lobby area compared to how regular mmorpg's work where you meet people anyplace in the game world. GW to me is more like Diablo but just with a 3D lobby.interesting i played guild wars before but I never got into a guild or community ppl seem to do their own thing Its hard to join one or WOW
Youll find the good communities in the older games that have been around for some time, generally this excludes open betas or the first few months of any big title release until those players realize they are bored and have no interest in bugging the emerging community any longer.
Hey how did that run for you anyway? Didn't you have like a mid powered gaming PC? You know Vanguard has no fixed pipeline fall back, it's fully a shader based engine. So things like animations, they require shaders to actually work, shaders are not always about eye candy. Only two games with this type of engine that I know of right now, including Supreme Commander. To be honest, I have no idea, I played the free month and didn't renew it. I really enjoyed it but before the free month was over, my interest had waned.

Ahh yeah we have close to the same thing, I just have more RAM, dual-core 3200+ and your video card is a little faster than my X300 SE 256MB. I’ve been wanting to upgrade my video card but I want to use it as minimum/avg specs for game development, so I can keep check on not overdoing it heh. Luckily I don’t have OblivionIt ran great for me with most things on medium and the rest turned up. The only game that's ever given me problems running the way I'd like to run it is Oblivion.
MSI K8N Neo4-F (939)
3500+
Geforce 6600 PCI-E 256MB
1GB DDR
Onboard AC97 audio
I'll definitely have to get a new video card and some more memory before Bioshock comes out.
I haven't gotten into raiding and such yet. Don't know if I will in my current guild because there's only 3 active members lol. Hopefully it picks up though.
