Misty morning

Early in the grey and quiet morning
Sitting warm I
Listen to it all
As raindrops small dance up in my chimney.

The cars go by
And I contented sighing
Gently smiling, curious wond'ring
Look out on my day.

Nothing large or profound, but simply another morning and another corner turned. The choice to enjoy the day and smile even in the midst of the insanity at work - I'm hoping it makes it to the end of the day as today will have an extra dose of craziness. And yet.... it still is a beautiful and quiet morning. May God be glorified in its simplicity and may I walk today to bring glory to Him. S.D.G

Thanks for sharing Keil.

I don't often take time to enjoy moments, especially morning ones, but when I do, it seems as if God puts an extra 'pizzaz' into that moment. I think it just seems that way because I finally stop to breathe and enjoy Him and His creation.
