We need to drag purpletiggy in here!

Personally, I don't believe that God induces all our dreams - some of mine are really upsetting because of enjoying sin, etc. Most times now, as a Christian I can reject the sin in the dream and it goes away.

Anyway, the subject is fascinating! I'll be watching. If purple doesn't show up quickly, we can pm her!

there are reports that Jesus is appearing to the leaders of Moslem churches ;
the minister and entire flock is converting to Christianity ...

in the gospel most of the miracles and healings were with sinners , gentiles,
non jews ....

I guess the yard stick is " is there a metanoia " a change in their life ;
from evil to good -- vision convicted them , pushed them off the fence ,
confirmed what was within them .

Or are the visions causing discord , fear , wrong thinking , sexual or
vengeful subjects ?

What is the fruit of the manifestation ?
a worse falling or a better rising life walk ...

I have an ex budist friend who was saved because Jesus appeared to her in a dream and explained who He was and what He did. The next day she got in contact with my Pastor and he led her to the Lord. Many demons were cast out of her and she's the most excited Christian I know. . .everywhere she goes she tells others what Jesus did for her.

Here is another debate in which I have heard differences in opinion. A sinner has reported that God gives them dreams or visions. Any input would be welcome!
There are several cases of people that have been healed that were not saved. After the healings, alot of them accepted Christ. Why not dreams and visions? God is so merciful, even to the sinner.

Wow! This has been totally eye opening! I have never thought about this subject so my first thoughts were "Of course not! That would be close to infringing on their free will to show Himself to them like that. There would be almost no faith needed for the conversion!" This is still an interesting point in my eyes, but testimonies speak volumes! Please let me know what you think of this.

I was just thinking about Paul's conversion. Just before he accepted Christ all he wanted to do was cause turmoil in the lives of the believers...This came to my mind as I was thinking about the people I know who testified of some miracle prior to being saved. All I know personally did already believe in God which probably made them open to recieve something from God. Paul on the other hand seem like before his conversion actually hated christians....Just a few of my thoughts!:)

:scratch: Miracles always happen to Sinners? When did a miracle ever happen to a non-sinner?
