Call it an anomaly then. Just don't claim it's not a problem, or that it's been solved case-closed.
1. All systems currently claimed by ID proponents to be irreducibly complex have been shown not to be.
2. Lack of knowledge is not a problem with the theory. Once can only disprove a theory when new knowledge shows it to not be true. Irreducable complexity is effectively attempting to state that lack of knowledge can disprove a theory (evolution). This is blatantly illogical.
