Well other than being an uncomfortable sack filled with industrial foam waste, I think the main criticisms of his pillow business was that he was constantly advertising a 2 for 1 deal and then never honoring it or charging much more for shipping so you really weren't getting a pillow for free. An older person in my life used to rant about it and even sent me an article on how his deal was crooked. This was back in like 2010 or so.
