Our mom mouse ran away last night (took the cages outside because I'm sick).. the babies are about a week old, just got their whiskers and spots.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I'm feeding them by hand right now.. its pretty hard, but then again so easy because they don't eat that much.

The other female we just gave back had 15 or so.. They died RIGHT when their eyes were about to open. A stray mouse in my room killed them.. ugh. After that she went insane, we gave her back.. and I believe she is gonna be sold as snake food.. *sigh* Maybe its best but then again I'm not sure if she can be rehabilitated.
I need to clean my room & get that mouse out of here because thats so unhealthy.. HE will definately become snake food just because of the mess he's caused LOL.
The pet store we bought the two pregnant females from DID NOT want to help us at all. They said "We'll take these babies and give them to our snakes if you don't want the trouble"
what?? If they weren't perfect, mommy would have killed them right away. They have potential!
Obviously this store isn't that great.. I think we should have got something for buying two pregnant females without knowledge.

Absolutely!!! They gave you all this extra work they should compensate you for taking pregnant mice off their hands. What are you going to do with the mice once they are eating on their own?
