Die hard Metallica fan here. I’ve seen them live 3 times and going for my 4th in October in Pittsburgh. Needless to say I have all their albums, several shirts, dvds, a few posters, patches, tapes, badge pins and a hat.

Any other fans here?

Metal is my music of choice. I like a lot of Christian bands too as it was the music of the bands The Showdown and Becoming the Archetype that led me to Jesus.

A little too heavy for me, growing up in the 80s, I'm more of a VanHalen fan.
Still can't resist a great electric guitar riff or drum solo.

I was bigger into Metallica during my youth, but like @Humble me Lord it's really too heavy and dark for me now, and not melodic enough. I'm very into serious progressive however; stuff like Disperse, who are technically superior (sorry, don't want to turn it into a war, LoL), and far more melodic and creative imo.

If you haven't heard any, Living Mirrors is exceptional. There's also a few from Forward that I like (Gabriel and Sleeping Ivy I'm absolutely in love with, but you may like the Living Mirrors CD better. It's more hard driving).

Anyway, what I'm into nowadays. I'll go ahead and post Living Mirrors in full (3:55 is still a favorite song of mine, especially once it hits the half-way point). God bless, and thanks for posting.

I love Metallica, i have listened to them since my teens. They are big here because of Lars Ulrich. I have seen them live 8 times all here in Denmark.
