This has been a really emotionally trying week. Monday and Tuesday were psychiatric nightmares. Wednesday was better but I was still shakey. Thursday I was more grounded... and today I'm just praising God for all the support I had during this last depressed episode. I thank him for my new doctor. I thank him for the increased medication. I thank him for the loving people in my church and my friends. I thank him for the calm I feel now. No matter how low my thoughts took me... the Lord was always there to catch me. 
CF played a major part in helping me get through this week. The fellowship here is an AMAZING blessing.
