No. Like ANY other temptation it's not God doing the tempting. It's Satan. But doesn't Satan often use God given traits and characteristics as the mechanism by which He tempts?

No....not God-given traits...God doesn't use sin or any part of sin to design us...He has NO PART of evil.

Satan DOES use deception and lies, however.

Uh...a God-given trait would be part of our design. Chaz, you said, "the temptation to do them is part of the sex drive"....and that is where I disagreed. God obviously created the sex-drive...but, no part of that design includes temptation.
