According to what I read, the full indictment by the grand jury in North Carolina has not been released. But, I suppose that you can still keep on laughing if you want to do so.

The “full indictment” is but three pages as one can see. (The “forfeiture notice” seeks to impose a punishment in the indictment proper, which (to this high-school educated poster), seems out of place.)

Therefore, the grand jury indictment is not just about 1 Instagram post. Also, I would not be surprised if the grand jury adds additional indictments against James Comey.

Yes, it is about 1 Instagram post. Count 1 was posting the picture and Count 2 was electronically transmitting the photo. One photo. This is a frivolous, harassing action by the DOJ.

It's not about the person in the office - it is about how I as a Christian treat the person in the office. I'm not telling others to do anything, just reminding myself how I loathed the man, but treated the office with respect. No one, not even Biden is wrong 100% all the time.

I think that believing in the common good, compassion, peace through diplomacy, social justice, and good stewardship of our planet requires me to speak out for these imperative values.

For many of us, government by 3 a.m. fevered, name-calling tweets is dangerously unacceptable. I would challenge anyone to listen to (or read) the speeches of any president in the last hundred years and not realize that "one of these men is not like the others."

We all need to model the behavior we want to see. No matter who is in office it is best to focus on the issues rather than the person. But when it comes to sex in the oval office (which Clinton was at least ashamed of ).or obscene public language, it is difficult and perhaps impossible not to criticize the person.

In violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 871(a).

If they have more alleged malfeasance conducted by Comey they should have included that in this indictment. Because in it's current form this case is going to get slapped out of court faster than Trump voter fraud claims. What defense attorneys have learned from the first Comey indictment that went no where, along with the SPLC case, is ask for the grand jury materials. Because keep in mind this is a DOJ who willingly ignores judges orders and lies to the courts to the point of telling DOJ lawyers they will just have to tell judges to just go F-off. So would misleading grand juries be beyond the pale for them? Heck it's probably do or say what you have to regardless of truth to please the party of one, and join the ranks of the Trump bidding disbarred.

I'm willing to wait and see what happens in order for the process of the justice system to come to a final conclusion about James Comey. Isn't that what liberal politicians and liberal media wanted us to do whenever Donald Trump was indicted?

I’ve said. Numerous times I wish he’d just shut up at times - but that doesn’t mean I can disrespect the office. If we reduce ourselves to sophomoric name calling and mocking because we don’t like his sophomoric name calling and mocking - how are we any different.

If the reply is “well he is the President, we should expect more” - I agree with you, but that doesn’t excuse my words towards him.
