CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I was craving those today, strangely enough, but I didn't make any because I was feeling lazy after all the ribeye and potato.Today's snack was bacon wrapped jalapeno halves stuffed with cream cheese!
Wait another hour and then some steak on the grill... I think it's a steak only night... no sides! Ok, partially because I'm exhausted but also because half the time I don't eat them anyways and they move into the fridge...
If they made tupperware that was bacteria-proof and airtight, I'd have you send me some of those. I haven't had any since last summer!

Yesterday I had a 16 ounce boneless 100% Grassfed Chuck Steak, panf ried in Grassfed Beef Tallow (topped with butter) with steamed kale/carrots for breakfast. Dinner was some of my roasted Pork Shoulder Picnic (love me some fatty pork......
) with huge salad (mixed greens, hass avocado, 2 hard boiled eggs, extra virgin olive oil, raw onions, raw celery, etc).
