For lunch, I went to Taco Bell and got 2 chicken soft tacos and another bottle of water. For dinner, I went to Chick-Fil-a and got a grilled chicken sandwich, small fries, and a diet soda. If I snacked in between, I would have fruit or yogurt. The weight couldn't peel off fast enough. The trouble isn't McDonalds. It's people ordering a double quarter pounder with cheese, a super sized order of fries, and a super sized non-diet soda 5 times a week. Exercise some self control and make healthy choices.....even at fast food restaurants.
Now that's scary...
