Let's just assume for a moment that there actually is an individual on the planet that tough, and that they're not a leper. Not that I believe it but just for the sake of argument.

What you fail to account for is the severity of hell, that it could give even this bad dude a bad day. Just food for thought ..

Masochism is a state of mind, not necessarily sexual, although it can be. It is not an environment. In my experience, it is based on some sort of pain- whether it be self inflicted, physical pain inflicted by someone else, sexual (self or relationship), etc. It gives the [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] some degree of pleasure/relief because of how they process it. But if it is environmental - then it is not personal and therefore i wouldn't think most masochists would process it the way they do pain.
Most people don't understand masochism because they equate it to abuse and 'tolerating' pain. But anything i might imagine Hell to be(i honestly havent given it alot of thought) wouldn't be anything like what touches a masochists buttons.

Everyone alive on this planet, including Masochists, enjoys some level of protection from God. This life is a controlled environment designed by God to promote each human's individual choice, basically for or against Him. Apart from this controlled environment, anything outside of God's presence is "outer darkness" - or Hell. Mankind was created for fellowship with God, and outside of this life we will be happy with nothing less. Masochism is really nothing more than a form of pride, and in the face of the big picture it is laughable. God is in control.

If he's not born again, then he goes to Hell, just like anyone else who dies without Christ's righteousness imputed to them.
