Marriage considered outdated?

It's pure selfishness. That's all it is. My grandparents were married for 60+ years before my grandma passed away recently. You can make it work if you want to. You have to be honest with each other. If something's wrong, say so.

I've known a lot of women who would treat guys like they should be psychic and know what she was thinking and know she wasn't happy, but she never told him anything. But it's his fault for not knowing? Men are guilty of that too, just seeking affairs instead of figuring out a way to re-stoke the homefires.

Yeah, for some reason, the blame is put on the man when he's dumbfounded when he sees her bags packed one day.

Like it's HIS fault for not keeping the marriage "exciting" or something. I mean, I hear things like "You should never stop dating your wife", which makes sense, but it appears more and more people are getting sick of looking at each other in the morning...for whatever reason.

Sounds like MGTOW.. but since she's not a man she'll be praised as being brave and forward thinking.. instead of some misogynistic loser.. lol.

Yep...except she's considered "empowered". Funny how you know MGTOW...figured the Christian community would not be too aware of it, that and the Red Pill.

I have discovered the Christian community is no better, sorry to say. I mean, Christians are divorcing just as much as non-Christians. When I was in my younger years, just out of college and single and looking, I was shocked to see so many 20-something women already married and divorced.

They days of the Golden Wedding Anniversary are pretty much done for.
